Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Yalintech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our apps.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yalintech regarding your use of the scanner & image apps.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Yalintech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features included in your purchased version or subscription

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its operation
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the app to third parties

4. In-App Purchases

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• One-time purchases — Unlock features permanently on the purchasing account
• Subscriptions — Provide access to features for the subscription period; auto-renew unless cancelled

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not have direct access to your payment information.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our apps (scans, notes, generated codes, etc.). We do not claim any rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality and appropriateness of content you create or process
• Backing up any important data (we recommend regular exports)
• Ensuring you have rights to any content you import or process

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of measurements or results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YALINTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid for the app (if any)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately. Sections on Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app or via the email associated with your app store account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
